Kitchen Fire

We were called for a kitchen fire in a local restaurant. They called our number immediately. We sent a project manager out to assess the situation. Once we had a scope of work created, we started to work. Our crew came out and immediately started cleaning soot and debris. This is a long process. They scrub every affected area to remove any evidence of soot and/or fire damage. We also run equipment to clean the area from the fire smell. This helps a lot.
